Process Automation rollback at Primary Domain install step

Issue/Introduction

When installing CA Process Automation (IT PAM 4.3) SP05 received failure and rollback during the Primary Domain install step.

Environment

Release : 4.3

Component : Process Automation

Resolution

The install must be run as an Administrator. If receiving this error, right-click the installer and choose "Run as Administrator".

Additional Information

Installation has to update the registry to confirm product version etc. without Administrator rights this fails.
