The issue occurs whenever there are pool elements, and it starts from the first element in the pool.

Environment

Release : 14.0

Component : CA View

Resolution

The client's network team found that terminals get marked as unavailable whenever their end-users try to log on to a CICS region that is being shut down.

As a result, the virtual terminals are put in unavailable status and stay there.

This was due to an exit that the client had in place.

This had nothing to with View, since the pools were exhausted by another application. "

The client has received no new complaints from users since 9/11/20.
