On action items in the Prod the click here is not working correctly

Here is the URL, I want to verify that this is setup correctly

Resolution

Modified the Entry URL Link in Clarity Configuration to be double encoded

The customer's IDP was removing pieces of the URL encoding.

HAR file used to identify the problem.
