How to change password for spadmin when using EEM internal store?

Resolution

Catalog uses EEM for all authentication/access control. So "spadmin" is stored in EEM; you can log in as EiamAdmin and reset their password there if it's an internal store, AD admins can reset if it's external, or if the user isn't locked out currently, just log in to Catalog, click on their username in the top right to view the profile, and click the "Change Password" button.

Log in with eiamadmin, select manage identities, search for spadmin and you should see a checkbox to reset password towards the bottom of the page, no recycles required, just set the new password and upon the next login it should work.
