Project Mark for Deletion - Security Rights Needed

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to mark a Project for deletion, getting this error:

PRJ-07530: You do not have permission to delete one or more of the items you selected.

What permission is required?

Environment

Release : 15.8.1

Component : CA PPM APPLICATION

Resolution

The user would need the Global Right:

Project - Delete - All
