SAAS APM Alerts - Many alerts with unknown severity/reporting normal status without a status change.

Issue/Introduction

We need to enable APM Alerts from SAAS and are unable to do that

Each time we enable them, getting a flood of alerts with Subject NA and Unknown Severity and also a flood of just NORMAL state reporting alerts. We have thousands of emails and most of those are irrelevant and not real/actual alerts.

DO NOT Select 'Unknown' and 'Information' severity when setting up Policy.
