Why do I not get a LATE alert in AAI when a Jobstream is in an "Not Predicted To Finish" (NPTF) state even if the Late Criterion is met?

Environment

Release : 5.8.6

Component : AUTOMIC AUTOMATION INTELLIGENCE ENGINE

Resolution

You will only get a LATE Alert on a jobstream that was in a NPTF state when the jobstream comes out of the the NPTF state.

If the job is not yet late when it comes out of a NPTF state, AAI will send a "Back on Track" alert, however if the job is already late when the NPTF state clears, AAI will send the LATE Alert at that time.
