Component : Chorus Software Manager 

Resolution

To acquire a single PTF in CSM follow these steps:

- From the Products Tab, find the product name, right click the on the Release and select ADD EXTERNAL MAINTENANCE

- Select Solution

- Specify the PTF number in the Solution Field and click OK
