Is there a way to link a URL directly to a Knowledge Document in Service Point similar to how you can link directly to Knowledge Documents in Unified Self Service (USS)?

Currently from ServicePoint, there is no option to copy/paste a KB document URL.
Received notification from Product Management that they have accepted this feature enhancement to ServicePoint. They have added it in the Engineering backlog with a feature (F21849) created for it.
Unfortunately, there is no timeline for when this feature will be available.
