ACF2 ACF2 - z/OS

Issue/Introduction

Defined a new ACF2 role and a role group but when running the ACFRTPRX report these permissions
are not being reported.

Environment

Release : 16.0
Component : CA ACF2 for z/OS

Resolution

When running the ACFRPTXR report to report on X(ROL) records after changes to X(ROL) records,
the 'F ACF2,NEWXREF,TYPE(ROL)' command needs to explicitly state TYPE(ROL) since the
default if no TYPE is specified is X(SGP).

Scenario:

The following command was entered to activate the new X-ROL records:

F ACF2,NEWXREF
 ACF79302 SOURCE XREF TABLE RE-BUILT

The above defaults to source groups if TYPE is not specified.

The following command was entered to activate the new X-ROL records which resolved the concern:

F ACF2,NEWXREF,TYPE(ROL)
 ACF79302 ROLE XREF TABLE RE-BUILT

Per the ACF2 documentation SGP is the default when F ACF2,NEWXREF is issued without a TYPE specification:

F ACF2,NEWXREF[,TYPE(SGP)]
SGP specifies the SGP table cross-references logical and physical source names to the source groups that contain them. SGP is the default.
