Spectrum upgrade on OneClick server is failing

Issue/Introduction

The upgrade from 10.4.1 to 10.4.2 on the Windows platform is failing on the OneClick servers.

The following error is found in the postinstall log file ($SPECROOT/Install-Tools/LOGS/10.4.2.xxxxx/postinst.yy.zz file):

Cause

The SUCCESS word is not found in the .install_history file right after tomct_cus:
