Reporter: Errors "Invalid resource name" in server.log

Issue/Introduction

Reporter server.log contains a lot of messages while extracting the Audit Trail of Dollar Universe 6 nodes where the Resource Name has more than 20 characters.

Examples:

[ERROR]  [pool-x-thread-y] com.orsyp.owls.impl.event.ResourceEventMsgHelper - Invalid resource name : RESOURCE_NAME_WITH_MORE_THAN_20_CHARACTERS

Nevertheless, the associated Audit Trail lines are correctly inserted into the Reporter Table UNI_EVT_AUDITTRAIL

Cause

Issue caused by Reporter Audit Trail lines extraction pointing to Resources whose name had more than 20 characters.

 

Resolution

Workaround:

Ignore the following kind of errors in Reporter server.log as they are not real errors, the audit trail is correctly extracted
[ERROR]  [pool-x-thread-y] com.orsyp.owls.impl.event.ResourceEventMsgHelper - Invalid resource name : RESOURCE_NAME_WITH_MORE_THAN_20_CHARACTERS

Solution:

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
