The Import/Export command line tool ImportExportCLI.exe fails with: Can't connect to server.

The following command was issued:
ImportExportCLI.exe deepExport -con http://server_name:8080/webui -usr AUTOMIC/AUTOMIC -pwd xxxx -mt Application -fi test.zip
The command above is not pointing to the correct CDA URL, which can be found in the customer.config.
<add key="UC4Deployment.CallbackUrl" value="http://server_name:80/CDA"/>
Once the command is corrected, the export works as expected.
ImportExportCLI.exe deepExport -con http://server_name:80/CDA -usr AUTOMIC/AUTOMIC -pwd xxxx -mt Application -fi test.zip
