When attempting to access the Release Automation Perspective, it times out for some users with an error similar at start to:

The user profile may be incorrectly caching data.
Please clear the profile for that user, log out, and log back in.
You can clear the profile by finding an object that the user is the owner of and clicking on the user link under 'owner'. You will get a popup with the clear profile option:
