We performed the DE Server upgrade procedure, 12.0.2 to 12.2 and it happened successfully, but when we checked the applications that were loaded before the migration, they were not loaded after the migration.

and even then the data trigger events were not listed with the Next Schedule Time

After the migration, run SCHEDULEALLEVENTS command from the CLI perspective on the Desktop Client to reschedule all the Events and start workload processing on the new 12.2 server.
Once you run the command, the Events' Next Scheduled Time will be updated accordingly.
