S0C1 while running CATRMFU 12.6

Issue/Introduction

When we run CATRMFU on Z/os 2.4 we receive S0C1, runs fine on z/OS 2.2.

A change in compiler level changed the offset of the entry points for READ and WRITE causing an ABEND0C1 due to a bad branch.
