Autosys Client gets timeout

Issue/Introduction

Hi Team,

when commands tried on client host, its getting timeout

$ > autorep -h

CAUAJM_E_10527 Timed out waiting for response from the CA WAAE Application Server: [ashost:9000]

CAUAJM_E_50033 Error initializing tx subsystem:  CAUAJM_E_10062 Failed to get initial configuration from CA WAAE Application Server(s).

Please help.

Environment

Release : 11.3.6

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Cause

The user did not have Read permission for the encryption key file.  File cryptkey.txt  that contains the encryption key is located under $AUTOUSER.

Resolution

Change permissions of cryptkey.txt to 644 so that the user in question has Read access to the encryption key.
