Modify form label in Catalog/ServicePoint to indicate for Attachments

Issue/Introduction

Request is to modify ServicePoint so that the label Comments (#) reads as Comments/Attachments (#) instead when accessing Catalog offerings and requests.  This way, it is more obvious in ServicePoint where attachments may be accessed.

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : SERVICE CATALOG

Resolution

rename the label as follows
 
1. Copy below 3 files from USM_HOME/view\webapps\usm\locale\icusen\request to USM_HOME\filestore
 
request_cart.xml
request_create.xml
request_edit.xml
 
2. Paste it in USM_HOME\filestore\custom\locale\icusen\request
 
3. Modify both  req_conversation &  req_opt_conversation elements in the above files
 
Example:
<req_conversation>Comments</req_conversation> 
<req_opt_conversation>Comments</req_opt_conversation> 
with
<req_conversation>Comments/Attachments</req_conversation>
<req_opt_conversation>Comments/Attachments</req_opt_conversation> 
 
The display will appear as follows:

Note that the other fields also are modified.  This is because the above "Comments" text is used in multiple parts of the product.  Please be mindful of any changes being made to avoid confusion by the end users.

The above change is a customisation which may be overwritten by any future patch updates.

Attachments
