Issue/Introduction

WCC 11.4 SP6

User that are successfully logged in are getting an error when updating statuses or closing alerts.

Error the users are seeing.
E140173 Failed to login to autosys server autosys123. Reason E180011 Login failed using: User=<userid> Password=

Error in the log.
E180010 Could not establish a connection to CA Workload Automation AE; invalid server context.

Environment

Release : 11.4 12.0 12.0 SP1 and 12.1

Component : WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER

Resolution

Confirm that the EEM settings between AutoSys's autosys_secure and WCC's AutoSys server definition match.
