Issue/Introduction

We would like to know if there is a way to activate an alert in RA to notify us if an agent has been offline for x days?

Resolution

 

Irrespective of version of Release Automation, in regards to your question the only notifications out of the box in Release Automation is around execution changes and user operations i.e. below 

• RA 6.6 Configure Email Notifications
• RA 6.7 Configure Email Notifications

Though RA doesn't have a notification mechanism out of the box for agent status, however you can create your own custom job (can be scheduled) or external batch job making a call to SOAP API getAllAgent and than can use this information to notify either based on status etc.
