Sharing/Export/Import of User created Report Templates in CA Performance Management (CAPM)

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to share user ad-hoc report template definitions? A new user would like to use the report templates set up by a different user.

Environment

DX NetOps CAPM 3.x and later

Resolution

If the user has the option at the bottom of the edit dialog to "Apply Changes for All Tenant Users", then it should be seen by all users. But if they only have "My Account", then only they can see it.

If they did "My Account" initially, they can try to edit and see if All Tenant Users is available, and if so, save it again for All Tenant Users.

Also, there is a role right called:

Save On-Demand Report Templates for All Users.

If they can only save for themselves, add this role right to their account role.
