Primary Hub crashes randomly and recovers. Sometimes once a week and other times within two weeks
Note: The UIM server CPU is consumed and server response is slow when this happens but clears up after the hub crashes/restarts

This issue is sometimes seen when the Nimsoft home folder is not excluded from the Antivirus scans.
Make sure to exclude the Nimsoft home directory from the Antivirus
