Issue/Introduction

Product: Information Centric Tagging
We need your support as we are unable to classify the word document which is having restricting edition features enabled and cannot save such files and classify them.

Environment

Release : Symantec ICT 15.5.100.871
Component : Information Centric Tagging 
OS Version is windows 10

Cause

Cannot classify this document i.e. MS Word version is 2013 document 

Resolution

Information Centric Tagging (ICT) needs full access to the document to classify it. If it doesn't, then it can't function as per one's requirement.
