Issue/Introduction

Transaction hits and misses/ multiple vs Transaction hits and misses not showing reports for less than a day duration in DevTest portal for VSE reports.

Environment

Release : 10.6

Component : CA Application Test

Database: MySQL

Cause

This issue has been identified as a product bug when Registry is configured with MySQL database where the query formation is incorrect.

Resolution

Our SE team has created in terms of files to be replaced. Open a support and refer the defect ID DE474271.

Steps to replace the files are:

1. Go to DevTest_home\\webserver\\webapps\\jasper-server\\WEB-INF\\classes\\repository\\reports\\DbSpecificQueries

2. Take backup of these 4 files : VSEHitAndMisses.xml, MultipleVSEHitAndMisses.xml, Control_vseName.xml, Control_vsName.xml.

3. Replace the above 4 files with the new files attached under jasper.zip.

4. Restart registry.
