Issue/Introduction

ACF2 ptf SO13143 was applied. The hold data says:

"2. Make sure that CSFBENC resides in LPA."

What module is CSFBENC?  How does it get into LPA?

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA ACF2 for z/OS

Resolution

The HOLDDATA line states CSFBENC.  That is a typo.  The correct module is listed in the IMPACT section of the fix, stating:  The ICSF module CSNBENC must reside in LPA.

CSNBENC is an IBM module that is part of ICSF.  IBM documentation says:

"To load modules in dynamic LPA, list them on an LPA ADD statement in a PROGxx member of PARMLIB.
You can add or remove modules from dynamic LPA without an IPL using SET PROG=xx and SETPROG
LPA operator commands. For more information, z/OS MVS Initialization and Tuning Reference and z/OS
MVS System Commands.

Additional Information

ACF2 needs the module in LPA to interact correctly with the ACF2 for this new feature to be implemented correctly.
