TDM-Field Display Order is Not Respected On Non-Legacy Test Data Models

Issue/Introduction

When using a new version test data model, the fields in the test data model are displayed in a random order instead of the order the fields were added when the model was created. This is in contradiction to how legacy version test data models display fields. Additionally, using API calls to change the displayOrder attributes of fields on a new version form also has no effect on the display order of the fields.

Resolution

We have a fix for this issue.  Patch /TDMWeb-4.9.93.0.zip   fixed the issue.
