Does AAI process administrative tasks such as creating or updating Jobstreams from the AAI Client, CLI, and REST API in a serial fashion or a parallel fashion?

Resolution

AAI processes these administrative tasks in a serial fashion and will run only while other background tasks such as the Converter are not running. 

You can submit multiple administrative tasks at one time, and they will wait in queue until the previous task completes, then they will execute one at a time.
