Clarity PPM On Premise Clarity PPM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Log into PPM
2. Navigate to Project Management, Select a Project
3. Click on the Team tab
4. Click on the Resource finder icon beside a named resource
5. Select a Resource
6. Click the Return button

Expected Results:

The system should display the Find Resource page

Actual Results:

The system throws up an error message: "Unable to process request- Server or Network error".

Additional Use Case:

Error while browsing resources on a project team tab (Resource Finder Page)

Navigation throws the following error message:

Error [en - Unable to process request - Server or Network error]

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Open Any Project (Preferably with a team with a role)
2. Go to Team
3. If there is no role added to the team add any role.
4. Click on the resource finder icon next to the role.
5. Click on show all on resource finder. This should show all resources in the system.
6. Scroll down in the list and click next on the pagination options.

Expected Results:

Show the next page.

Actual Results:

Pop-up with [en - Unable to process request - Server or Network error].
