Follow the below steps:-
== Deactivate the ems probe
== Rename the nimsoft\probes\service\ems\db folder (e.g. to db_old) and activate the ems probe.
== Delete the backup (db_old) once you have confirmed the probe has started successfully.
In some cases, this does not resolve the issue. In such cases, try:
- deactivate ems
- delete the /db folder as above
- redeploy ems from the Archive to the primary hub
- activate ems
