Component: ems
Follow the below steps:
- deactivate the ems probe
- rename the nimsoft\probes\service\ems\db folder (e.g. to db_old) and activate the ems probe
- delete the backup (db_old) once you have confirmed the probe has started successfully
In some cases, this may not resolve the issue. In such cases, try:
- deactivate ems
- make a backup of the ems directory
- delete the probe from IM
- remove the ems directory
- deploy ems (latest version) to the primary hub
- activate ems
