File masking with field separator: |
If there is a combination of a single quote and a double quote in a single record, the record is not masked.
For example: ...|abc"def'ghi|...

Resolution

Set option: IGNOREQUOTECHAR=Y
Use Fast Data Masker version 4.9.52.0 or later.
