Unable to instrument BA (AXA) for .NET using latest 20.6 Agents

Issue/Introduction

Use SaaS instructions below:

* Configure the Browser Agent properties for monitoring and metric collection.

 

* Create an application on the App Experience Analytics instance and associate it with the Application Performance Management instance you are using. To complete this step and the next step, use the information here.

 

* Update <Agent_Home>\brtmsnippet.js to use the App Experience Analytics snippet from the App Experience Analytics instance that is associated with the Application Performance Management instance you are using.

 

* Go to <Agent_Home>\IntroscopeAgent.profile file.

 

* Open the IntroscopeAgent.profile file in a text editor:
- Enable auto snippet injection: introscope.agent.browseragent.autoInjectionEnabled=true
- Enable the response cookie: introscope.agent.browseragent.responseCookieEnabled=true

Cause

introscope.agent.browseragent.responseCookieEnabled and introscope.agent.browseragent.corguid.enabled were set to false

 introscope.agent.browseragent.autoInjectionEnabled set to false

Resolution

Set these properties to true and restart the Browser agent

introscope.agent.browseragent.responseCookieEnabled

introscope.agent.browseragent.corguid.enabled 

 introscope.agent.browseragent.autoInjectionEnabled
