Issue/Introduction

I upgraded my jasper server to version 7.1.1 but I think that the new server is using a low java memory.
Where I can check and configured the java memory for this version of jasper server.
When I did the installation, I used the new version of tomcat 8.5 that comes with installer

Environment

Release : 17.1/17.2/17.3, Windows

Component : JASPERSOFT REPORTS FOR SERVICE MANAGEMENT

Resolution

Use File Explorer navigate to Jaspersoft-tomcat-dir\bin folder. Make a copy of tomcat8w.exe and then rename it to cabusinessintelligencetomcatw.exe. Now right

click on cabusinessintelligencetomcatw.exe and run as administrator and choose java tab to set the maximum memory, initial memory and thread memory.

Once these are set you would need to recycle Jaspersoft Tomcat service to have the new settings take effect.
