After our Production system is migrated to GCP, we notice that the end users are getting duplicate reports. One with From Address as "[email protected]", and another with From Address as "[email protected]". What should be done to stop these duplicate reports?

1. Inform the end users to only rely on the email with From Address "[email protected]"
2. Raise a ticket with Support, to have this issue addressed for a permanent resolution.
