Endpoint Detection and Response Endpoint Security Complete Cloud Workload Protection


You need assistance with a password reset for either an account related to Symantec Endpoint Security Complete (SESC) or Cloud Work Protection (CWP).


To reset the password

  1. Click Login
  2. Below the "Next" button, click "Need help signing in?"
  3. Click "Forgot password?"
  4. On the page that appears, in the field "Login (Email):", type the email address you use to log into your tenant.
  5. Do math to prove you are human.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Follow the next steps you receive via email.
