When logging into Okta as the Tenant Admin, the following message is displayed:
You don't have any apps.
Please contact [email protected] for assistance.
This is expected as the Tenant Admin will not have any listed apps as this user cannot be one that exists in Clarity.
Instead, the Tenant Admin has access to the Admin page to manage users who will be accessing Clarity. Depending on the screen resolution, the Admin page is accessible by either clicking on the Admin button on the top right next to the Username or selecting the Admin option on the drop down menu on the Username.
