The Spectrum connector is displaying "error getting probable cause" message for alarms in the SOI console.
The following messages can be seen in the Spectrum connector log file:

The keystore_password and the password needed to be reset in the SPECTRUM connector configuration file.

Reset the user password and the keystore password in the SOI Spectrum connector config file and restart the SOI connector.

To generate encrypted password strings the utility can be used
\Program Files (x86)\CA\SOI\Tools\EncryptSAMCreds.bat
Update the Spectrum Connector configuration with the encrypted password strings for the keystore_password and the oneclick password.
