NFA - 0 values every 30 min - Huwawei Devices NetStream V9

Issue/Introduction

We are running NFA 10.0.4 and we handle Huawei routers sending netstream to NFA (in version 9). We are seeing NFA graphics goes down (please, take a look at the screenshots). We know that the real traffic does not go to 0. Please, could you give us a hand. We are seeing this behaviour for all the Huawei interfaces enabled to receive flows

Huawei devices exporting NetStream using v5 and we are able to get the right volumes of traffic
