Restore export privileges after upgrading to ICA 6.5.4

Issue/Introduction

Three new portal privileges were added in ICA 6.5.4 to control export functions:

• Can Export
• Can Export Dashboard
• Can Schedule Exports

These privileges are disabled by default, causing all portal users who previously had the ability to export to no longer be able to do so.

Version : 6.5.4

Resolution

To re-enable export privileges for all portal users who had been assigned these privileges prior to upgrading ICA to version 6.5.4, follow this procedure:

1. Open SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
2. Connect to the Database Engine hosting the RiskFabric database
3. From the File menu, select Open > File...
4. Locate and open the file RF-20455_1599271947036.sql (attached to this article)
   
5. Confirm the Risk Fabric database is selected in the drop-down menu to the left of the Execute button on the SQL Editor toolbar (note that the database name may differ in your environment)
6. Execute the script by pressing the function key F5, clicking the Execute button in the SSMS toolbar, or selecting Execute from the Query menu
