New UX Timesheets Review & Approve tab - What access is needed to see users on this tab?

Issue/Introduction

• Direct reports / expected resources are not listed under the Timesheet Review & Approve tab in the New User Experience (UX)
• What are the access rights needed to see users on this tab?

Resolution

Step 1: Grant the user Resource - Approve Time rights to the required resources

• To grant this access at the instance level in Clarity:

1. In Classic Clarity, go to Administration -> Resources
2. Click on the resource who requires the access
3. Click on the Resource's Access Rights tab and select 'Instance' from the drop down
4. Click Add
5. Select the 'Resource' object and click Next
6. Click the check box next to 'Resource - Approve Time' and click Add and Continue
7. Click the check box next to the Resources the user should have access to and click Add (or click 'Add and Select More' to add additional resources)
8. Have the user log out of Clarity and Log back in for the rights to refresh

Step 2: If that doesn't help, also check to make sure that the needed resources are Open for Time Entry with Track mode of PPM in Home->Resources
