Cannot use REST API to access APM metric data from various APM Clusters

Issue/Introduction

Currently, we have 10 APM Clusters and I wrote scripts to pull specific metric data from the Cluster REST API. I believe that I have all 10 clusters configured the same, I cannot see any difference in the IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.properties REST API setup. The problem is some clusters return expected data, other clusters fail to return the data. Need help to determine why the REST API works on only certain clusters.

Attached the Collectors & MOM logs from an environment where the REST API fails.

Resolution

Created a new TOKEN with our default Admin ID. This default ID is in the users.xml of every server and is an APM local account. Resolved the REST API issue.
