SEP clients takes more than expected time in switching to proper location (Default) when connecting through Cisco VPN.

Endpoint Protection

SEP clients not switching to proper location (Default) when connecting through Cisco VPN.

It takes approximately same time as mentioned in DNS Query Loop in time. If DNS Query Loop in time = 30 minutes, it takes 30 minutes to switch the location.

This observation is not consistent, means not seen in all clients or some clients take less that the time configured in DNS Query loop in (however, more that expected, may be 5 minutes or 20 minutes etc).

Cisco VPN has several seconds delay from adding IP address to ready.

If SEP send reverse DNS query during that time period, the DNS query will fail, and SEP fail to switch the location.
