Resolution

Tecdoc says as following.

 "If the Application Type of the client is Public, use the HTTPS or scheme:// format."

It does not support Wildcard.

Meanwhile,
The redirection endpoint URI MUST be an absolute URI as defined by [RFC3986] Section 4.3.
