Cannot see Applications in Automation Studio
Article ID: 198754
CA Release Automation - Release Operations Center (Nolio)
CA Release Automation - DataManagement Server (Nolio)
When trying to open Automation Studio, The Design tab shows "Loading ..." where applications are usually shown.
This happens along with a message on the right side saying "You have no permissions for current application."
It never loads with a list of Applications. It just stays like this even though I am assigned the superuser role.
It is believed that this problem is related to having seen/used Automation Studio from a newer version.
Release : 6.6
Component : CA RELEASE AUTOMATION RELEASE OPERATIONS CENTER
All of these steps must be done. Doing a partial set is not sufficient.
- Close all open instances of Automation Studio.
- From a command prompt run: javaws -uninstall
- Open windows explorer and delete the C:\Users\<yourUserId>\.nolio folder.
