Issue/Introduction

After successfully applying the patch SO12221 for restarting agent from the agent inventory tab, we couldn't restart the agent from WCC Agent Inventory.

 

Environment

Release : 11.3.6

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

Open the WCC main port to the agent so that commands to restart the agent can send updated status to WCC.
