Intermittent System Error accessing Hierarchy Tab

Clarity PPM On Premise Clarity PPM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

A user is facing issues while accessing the hierarchy tab. This is not happening all the time and is intermittent on the same project for the same user. 

The option to configure has been disabled, so no extra columns have been added to the layout.

The UI shows a System Error. The app-ca logs contain this error:

Resolution

This issue may be occurring when the user gets logged into one specific server. 

Flushing the Clarity cache or restarting services will fix this. If the issue still occurs after trying this, contact Broadcom support.
