Domain Universe Sync Fails

Using APM 10.7 SP3 and configured the domain.xml to sync domains to universes in Team Center.

After the configuration, when opening the Team Center and trying to create experience card for that universe, there are no attributes associated with that universe.

So experience cards cannot be used


In the SuperDomain universe, or any manual domain for that matter, it works fine.

This situation is specific to the Precision API monitoring integration of reporting data from API Gateway into APM
The left-most component for the transactions is a business transaction. That has the experience node. But this Business Transaction is only in the Super Domain so it cannot be seen in the custom domain, it cannot be used in the custom domain as an experience.
The Frontend is in the custom domain but it does not have the Experience attribute, and there is no way to add the Experience attribute to the Frontend instead.


This is a limitation of the current product design with no workaround if the agent is in a custom domain.
