Issue/Introduction

Windows agent crashes with a core dump file that shows error: U02000139 Thread '00001814' terminated unexpectedly. Error: 'Out of bound detected for [0] > -1.'

Cause

Defect - this is caused by a file path (used in file events, file transfers, GET_FILESYSTEM) being a network path without a drive letter referenced. This causes an out of bounds exception.
