Step 1: Cancel any stuck jobs:

  2. Click on the Jobs tab
  3. From the Jobs drop down, select Scheduled jobs
  4. Filter on jobs in PROCESSING status
  5. Cancel any that have been confirmed to be stuck
    • IMPORTANT: Make a note of the Cancelled jobs and take screenshots/notes of their schedule, as they will need to be re-entered at a later time.
  6. Run an immediate instance of any fast running job such as Clean User Sessions job
  7. If it does not go to the Processing status, cancel the job and contact Broadcom support for further assistance.
    • (It may be that the next step required is a restart of the BG service, but the support team will review further)
