Cannot Upload PAM_DISABLE_MULTI_THREAD.p.zip to PAM Management Console

Issue/Introduction
When trying to upload PAM_DISABLE_MULTI_THREAD.p.zip to the PAM Management Console, the following error occurs.
PAM-UI-2728: Could not extract files from uploaded ZIP

Cause
The issue is with the Management Console's code where it expects an underscore to be followed by a number in the .bin file's name (i.e. CAPAM_3.4.1.p.bin).
Resolution
As a workaround, rename the .bin file to PAM-DISABLE-MULTI-THREAD_1.p.bin and the upload will be successful.
