Error Message:

DataSourceError: Your session has timed out.

Environment

Clarity PPM 15.8.1

Resolution

Follow the steps below:

  1. Flush the Power BI Cache and then drop the O-Data connection.
  2. Re-establish the O-Data connection.
  3. Go to File menu from Top bar and go to Options and Settings > Option.
  4. Observe that there is a Global blade in which there is an option called "Data Load" on the left side.
  5. Click on "Clear Cache" button.

It will remove the cache data.
